· After you placing the order, we will ship it out the second day and upload the tracking number for your reference. If you place the order at 5pm local time and later, then your order will be fulfilled the day after the 2nd day.

· Please note that if you place the order on Friday, we will ship it out on next Monday.

· The carrier we cooperate with is UPS.

· After being shipped out, it usually takes 3-4 days (working days) to deliver. For remote places, it might be longer to deliver your order.

· Normally the delivery is UPS driver release at your front door without adult signature. If you want the service of adult signature, please email or text us and let us know, but you need to cover the cost of $8 for adult signature service.

· For Canadian customers, you might be charged the customs clearance fee, which it's not covered in your order price and you need to pay for it separately when the carrier is about to deliver the package to you.

· Above points are specific for the US and Canadian customers.

 

· For customers who are from EU, we will fulfill your order the 2nd day after you placing the order no later than 5pm local time. If later, then we will fulfill your order the day after the 2nd day. 

· For EU customers, we will ship the package to you from our warehouse in Germany. Usually it will be delivered in 2-5 days.
