· After you placing the order, we will ship it out the second day and upload the tracking number for your reference. If you place the order at 5pm local time and later, then your order will be fulfilled the day after the 2nd day.

· Please note that if you place the order on Friday, we will ship it out on next Monday.

· The carrier we cooperate with is UPS for North America.

· After being shipped out, it usually takes 3-4 days (business days) to deliver in the USA and 5-8 days (business days) in Canada . For remote places, it might be longer to deliver your order.

· Normally the delivery is UPS driver release at your front door without adult signature. If you want the service of adult signature, please email or text us and let us know, but you need to cover the cost of $8 for adult signature service.

· For Canadian customers, you might be charged the customs clearance fee, which it's not covered in your order price and you need to pay for it separately when the carrier is about to deliver the package to you.

· Above points are specific for the US and Canadian customers. 

We use UPS or USPS to fulfill orders for North America, shipping from Las Vegas, NV, or from Renton, WA.

Standard shipping is free for North America. Expedited shipping will be charged the extra shipping cost accordingly based on the UPS rate.

EU customers please pay attention to the following:

For customers from the EU countries, it takes around 7-10 days for the package to be delivered. We ship packages to our Germany warehouse first, and then our Germany colleagues will ship the package to customers in the EU. We cover the VAT. You don't need to pay extra money for the package to be delivered to you.
